Should You Extend Yourself to Someone Who is Not Worthy of Your Friendship?

Welcome to the Crumbsnatcher Finch site, this is Crumbsnatcher on the right, look at that funny hat. The big bird with muscles is Strong Share Hummingbird. Both birds are entirely different. One is selfish by nature and the other is kind and giving. Yet, they become friends.

The friendship was not started by the selfish one, (Crumbsnatcher) but by the wise and giving bird, (Strongshare Hummingbird.) Does that happen in real life? Someone decides to takeĀ  the position of strength by extending themselves to someone who does not appear to have it in them to be friendly?

I mean some would say “Why bother?”

Tell us what you think?
